Bio
Amy graduated with distinction from Bellarmine University in Louisville, Kentucky, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Philosophy. She earned her Doctorate of Jurisprudence from Indiana University’s Robert H. McKinney School of Law in 2013.
Amy joined Isaacs & Isaacs to serve people wrongly injured and damaged by others’ negligence. Since her admission to the Indiana Bar, Amy has litigated in courtrooms and before government agencies throughout Indiana. She is also a licensed real estate broker, and a member of the Hamilton County Bar Association and the Indiana Creditors Bar Association.
Her real estate experience gives her a big leg up in diverse matters including civil rights claims, creditors rights, property rights, collections, contract disputes, property disputes, landlord-tenant matters, government agency complaints, insurance coverage disputes, utility regulation, and general litigation.
Amy is a passionate, zealous advocate who constantly strives for the best possible outcome for each client. She’s so dedicated to going the extra mile for her clients that she secretly wishes she could live without sleep so she could contribute more. She feels she inherited her work ethic from her father who built a successful business from the ground up.
In her spare time, Amy loves channeling her bustling energy traveling with her family and motivating her kids to participate in youth athletics.
In September, 2023, our Indiana Litigation team represented husband and wife clients in a bench trial in Tippecanoe County, Indiana. Our clients were seriously injured by a California based trucking company that would not acknowledge its wrongful and reckless conduct. Attorneys Amy Lenceski and Chris Moeller refused to back down and obtained a Judgment award totaling over $2.8 million. We are happy to WIN these results and recovery for this great couple!
