Bio

Chris Moeller received a B.A. Degree from Purdue University with a Double Major in Communications and Political Science. After graduating from Purdue, Chris attended the IU Maurer School of Law in Bloomington, IN, where he earned a J.D. in 2005.

After graduating from Law School, Chris has practiced exclusively in the area of Plaintiff’s Personal Injury litigation. He has a stellar track record handling numerous types of cases, including class actions, complex product liability cases, trucking cases, auto cases, and many others.

Chris has won multi-million dollar settlements for multiple injured clients while keeping them comforted with his easy-going and sociable approach.

He has made it into the Indiana Superlawyers Rising Star list 7 years in a row, and has led the state of Indiana for Personal Injury cases tried in a year. He has tried over 50 cases in his career, as well as mediating hundreds of other cases.

Chris firmly believes that what goes around comes around. It drives him to keep enriching his health, family, and community. He loves testing his powerlifting skills, cooking, reading, and coaching his son’s football team.

In September, 2023, our Indiana Litigation team represented husband and wife clients in a bench trial in Tippecanoe County, Indiana.  Our clients were seriously injured by a California based trucking company that would not acknowledge its wrongful and reckless conduct. Chris Moeller and Isaacs & Isaacs litigation team refused to back down and obtained a Judgment award totaling over $2.8 million. We are happy to WIN these results and recovery for this great couple!
