As Chief Growth Officer at Isaacs & Isaacs, Haley O’Neal brings nearly a decade of experience leading strategic initiatives across marketing, intake, and IT operations. Her role focuses on driving sustainable growth, enhancing operational efficiency, and aligning cross-functional efforts to strengthen the firm’s impact and reach.

Before transitioning into the legal industry, she served as a Media Planner & Buyer at two prominent advertising agencies, where she managed high-profile campaigns across diverse sectors, including healthcare, banking, spirits, and entertainment. This background equipped her with a deep understanding of consumer behavior, performance marketing, and multi-channel strategy—skills she has successfully adapted to the unique demands of legal services.

In addition to her work within the firm, she has contributed to the broader legal community through her involvement with Brain Trust Legal Group, an organization led by Darryl Isaacs that assisted in the development of legal mastermind groups that foster collaboration and knowledge-sharing among growth-focused law firm leaders.

She is especially passionate about building high-performing teams and creating the systems and infrastructure that enable them to thrive. What motivates her most is the opportunity to expand the firm’s ability to help individuals who are navigating some of the most challenging moments of their lives. Her work is driven by the belief that effective growth isn’t just about numbers—it’s about making a greater difference for more people.

She earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern Indiana, where she laid the foundation for her career in strategy, communications, and leadership.

In her position, Shannon leads the coordination and optimization of workflows across key areas including case management, litigation, and settlement. Her hands on leadership style and dedication to continuous improvement enable the firm to deliver exceptional service while scaling operations to support sustained growth. She partners closely with senior leadership to implement initiatives that strengthen internal systems and enhance the overall client experience.

With extensive expertise in the legal, public accounting, and healthcare industries, Brian plays a vital role in optimizing the firm’s financial strategy, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and long-term fiscal health.

A graduate of Beaver College with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Brian is known for his ability to identify cost-saving opportunities, streamline processes, and drive smarter financial decisions. His passion lies in improving systems to operate better, faster, and more efficiently—always with the goal of supporting the firm’s mission and helping the team thrive.
