Heather McCollum Harvey

Heather McCollum Harvey grew up on a small farm in Southern Kentucky. She moved to Lexington to attend the University of Kentucky where she graduated in 1998 with a degree in Communications. She continued her studies at the University of Kentucky, graduating from the College of Law in 2001.

Becoming an attorney was a goal Heather set for herself early in life and one she relentlessly pursued. Since becoming an attorney, Heather has successfully litigated cases involving premises liability, transportation, insurance coverage disputes, insurance bad faith, product liability, civil rights, and various other matters at all levels of state and federal courts throughout Kentucky.

Heather McCollum Harvey is a Kentucky Bar Association member licensed in state and federal courts, including the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals. She is also a member of the Kentucky Justice Association and was named a Super Lawyer Rising Star from 2013-2016.

Before joining Isaacs & Issacs, Heather represented the largest insurance carriers in complex matters with exceptional results. Heather brings the same grit and skill to representing individuals and families who are injured and impacted by the negligence of others. She is a tenacious and tireless advocate for her clients. Her motto is “No one fights harder.”

She deeply believes in the motto, Work hard, be honest, and have faith in God. A professional with a strong sense of empathy, her greatest hope is that she makes a lasting difference.

Beyond Isaacs & Isaacs, Heather enjoys farm life and spending time with her husband who is a Lieutenant Colonel in the U.S. Army Reserves
