Kathy: An Exceptional History With Our Law Firm

Kathy Lobb has been a pivotal piece to the growth and success of the Isaacs & Isaacs Law Firm for over 17 years. She has been with us since 2002 and is a constant reminder that you can do anything you set your mind to.

While Kathy was adamant she never wanted to work for an attorney, founder Darryl Isaacs knew she was the perfect candidate to come on board to administer echoes for mass tort claims. Kathy ignored Darryl’s phone call and put off meeting with him for the longest time. However, Darryl was persistent and Kathy eventually joined the firm.

As the firm continued to grow, Darryl realized he needed leadership to help run the firm and better serve our clients. In 2004, she became our office manager after several attempts to promote her, she finally gave in.

Even though Kathy is technically eligible for retirement, that doesn’t stop Darryl from joking that he looks forward to another 10/20 years from Kathy before she retires!

Kathy’s Promotion to Chief Operating Officer

We would like to officially announce Kathy Lobb as our new Chief Operating Officer for Isaacs & Isaacs Law Firm. We are thrilled to celebrate this very much-deserved promotion. We wouldn’t be the firm we are today without her guidance. She has been with our office through it all, between moving buildings; adding new team members; and celebrating the firm hitting one billion dollars in settlements.

Kathy helps each of our team members be the best versions of themselves and is constantly praising each team member each time they improve on something. Thank you, Kathy, for all of your hard work and we can’t wait to see what the future holds for our firm with you leading us to greatness.

Kathy Lobb Spearheaded “Pass the Cash” to Support Our Very Own

In 2019, Isaacs & Isaacs team member Dave V. experienced a number of health problems that caused him to be off work for a large part of the year. Dave missed his work family and had a hard time financially. Kathy knew that Dave needed our help and initiated the call to WAVE-TV (NBC) in Louisville to help Dave be nominated and selected for Pass the Cash with Dawne Gee. Dave was the recipient of this in November 2019 and received over $1,000 in cash from the station.
