Michael Pieknik

Michael Pieknik graduated from Michigan State University in East Lansing, Michigan, where he earned his degree in Materials and Logistics Management from the Eli Broad College of Business. He then earned a Juris Doctor from Wayne State University, graduating in the top 1/3 of his class. He is admitted to practice before all courts in the State of Indiana, and the State of Michigan, and is an applicant to join the Kentucky Bar Association. He is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan and the United States District Court for the Western District of Michigan.

Michael is a member of the State Bar of Indiana, the State Bar of Michigan, the Michigan Association for Justice, and the Polish American Legal Society.

Michael spent more than a decade as an insurance defense lawyer, rising to the rank of partner at one the largest insurance defense firms in the state. He has tried multiple cases to verdict, both as a defense lawyer and a plaintiff lawyer.

Michael has vast trial experience handling wrongful death cases, truck crashes, motorcycle wrecks, car accidents, medical malpractice, slip and falls, and dog bites.

Michael is a graduate of the Gerry Spence Method, formally the Trial Lawyers College.  This 3-week program teaches an innovative and effective trial approach alongside a select group of highly accomplished trial lawyers.

Michael joined Isaacs & Isaacs to serve people wrongly injured and damaged by other’s negligence.  Michael is a passionate, zealous advocate who constantly strives for the best possible outcome for every client.

In his spare time, Michael enjoys spending time with his family and is an avid ice hockey player.
