He then earned a Juris Doctor from Southern Illinois University School of Law in Carbondale, Illinois. He is admitted to practice in Indiana, including the United States District Court in Southern Indiana and the United States District Court in Northern Indiana.
Joseph has dedicated his career to leveling the scales of justice by championing the rights of injured people, who often feel overlooked by corporate and government giants. His primary focus is catastrophic injuries and wrongful death, which includes motor vehicle accidents, trucking accidents and motorcycle accidents. He is a well-respected member of the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association and has also served as an attorney for the Indiana Coalition Against Domestic Violence providing counsel to victims of domestic violence in Hamilton County, Indiana.
Joseph grew up in Indianapolis, Indiana, and has a strong connection to the Hoosier State. He knows that Hoosiers are resolute in their convictions and knows that success must be chosen every day. Beyond the courtroom, he is deeply committed to his Church, family and growing the non-profit “Dad’s Matter” – a program that helps dads be the best that they can be and encourages responsible fatherhood, healthy marriage and economic stability.
