Bicycle Helmet Giveaway Hit!
Jefferson County Fire Services, TV station WDRB, and Isaacs & Isaacs teamed up for two special summer bike safety events to put together two free Louisville, Kentucky bicycle helmet giveaways where Isaacs & Isaacs handed out a free kids’ bicycle helmet to every child in attendance!

The events received overwhelmingly positive responses from locals who participated enthusiastically at their local Fire Departments in Louisville, KY.
Attorney Darryl Isaacs — The Hammer — teamed up with the volunteer team to organize the helmet giveaway event to promote bicycle helmet safety and accident prevention.
The first event was held on June 19, 2019, at the Buechel Fire Department in Louisville, KY, while the second giveaway on July 16, 2019, took place at the Okolona Fire Department, Louisville, KY.
Louisville children and their families enjoyed exciting and unique opportunities to learn about Louisville’s brave firefighters and explore the station!
- Over 300 kids’ grabbed a free bicycle helmet at the Okolona event
- They learned more about bike helmet safety
- Took a free tour of the Buechel and Okolona Fire Departments
- Met firefighters
- Got photos with WDRB’s Snow Fox Mascot
- Got to meet and greet attorney Darryl Isaacs – “The Hammer”
