Bicycle Giveaway Terms & Conditions
By entering the bicycle giveaway, promoted by Isaacs & Isaacs, you will be bound by these Terms & Conditions, and you acknowledge that you satisfy all eligibility requirements. “Isaacs & Isaacs” means Isaacs & Isaacs P.S.C or any of its affiliates.
- For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, Isaacs & Isaacs P.S.C., will give away (4) children’s bicycles during the Hammer’s Great Backpack Giveaway taking place on Saturday, August 3rd, 2024, in Louisville, KY.
- By entering the bike giveaway for the Hammer’s Great Backpack Giveaway, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. One (1) winner for each bike will be chosen at random during the Hammer’s Great Backpack Giveaway, taking place on Saturday, August 3rd, 2024, in Louisville, KY.
- The person who submits the entry must reside within a 60-mile radius of the Isaacs & Isaacs headquarters, located at 1601 Business Center Ct., Louisville, KY 40299.
- Isaacs & Isaacs will draw, at random, a winner of each of the (4) bicycles during the event. If the winner is at the event during the time of the drawing, they will be responsible for taking possession of the bicycle at that time. If the winner is not onsite at the event during the time of the drawing, Isaacs & Isaacs will reach out (1) time by phone call, (1) by SMS and (1) time by email within 5 days of the conclusion of the event. The winner is then responsible for contacting Isaacs & Isaacs to claim their prize and arrange the pickup. If no connection is made during those attempts to the chosen winner within 48 hours of Isaacs & Isaacs making contact, the winner forfeits the prize. The winner is responsible for picking up the bicycle within 7 days of contact being made. The bike can be picked up at the Isaacs & Isaacs office located at 1601 Business Center Ct., Louisville, KY 40299. If the winner is unable to pick up the bicycle, a comparable bicycle may be shipped to a suitable location. Assembly may be required.
- By submitting your email address and phone number, you grant Isaacs & Isaacs permission to send SMS, make phone calls and email messages related to the contest and future marketing messages. You may opt-out of those messages at any time. Data and messaging rates may apply.
- No purchase necessary. Winners will not be required to pay to enter the competition.
- Entrants must be over 18 years old on the date of their entry.
- Employees and their immediate family members of Isaacs & Isaacs P.S.C. are not eligible to enter. Immediate family members are parents, spouses, child(ren) and stepchild(ren).
- Only one entry per person will be accepted.
- Each entrant shall enter the competition via the form on the website, wewin.com.
- Isaacs & Isaacs P.S.C. will not be held liable for any failure of receipt of entries. Isaacs & Isaacs P.S.C. takes no responsibility for any entries which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid.
- To the extent permitted by applicable law, Isaacs & Isaacs P.S.C. shall not be liable under or in connection with these terms and conditions, the competition or any Prize for any indirect, special or consequential cost, expense, loss or damage suffered by a participant even if such cost, expense, loss or damage was reasonably foreseeable or might reasonably have been contemplated by the participant and the promoter and whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise.
- Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. Where a Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, Isaacs & Isaacs P.S.C. reserves the right to substitute that prize for a prize of equal or higher value. The winner will be responsible for any taxes or additional fees for the value of the prize item.
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, Isaacs & Isaacs P.S.C. reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.
- The winner’s name, image, social media username(s), and any information and images submitted during the entry submission process may be posted on the social media profiles of Isaacs & Isaacs P.S.C. and its affiliates after the winner has been selected and/or used for other marketing related activities outside of social media.
