Prizes Giveaway Terms & Conditions

• By entering the contest promoted by Isaacs & Isaacs and Darryl Isaacs, you will be bound by these Terms & Conditions, and you acknowledge that you satisfy all eligibility requirements. “Isaacs & Isaacs” means Isaacs & Isaacs P.S.C. or any of its affiliates.
• Isaacs & Isaacs P.S.C. (whose Instagram handle is @IsaacsandIsaacs and Facebook page is Isaacs & Isaacs Personal Injury Lawyers) and Darryl Isaacs (whose Instagram handle is @darryl.isaacs and Facebook page is Darryl Isaacs) may give away tickets and/or entry to certain sporting and entertainment events and other prizes in periodic contests, detailed in the related social media posts, to the winners selected for each contest.
• All entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. EST on the date listed in the social media post. One (1) winner, whose personal residence is either in the state of Kentucky, Indiana, or Ohio, will be selected in a random drawing within 24 hours of the ending date of the contest. Odds of winning the prizes depend on the number of eligible entries received throughout the contest period. The winner will be selected and notified after the contest period has expired.
• The person who submits the entry must reside in either the state of Kentucky, Indiana, or Ohio. Any entry whose personal residence is outside of Kentucky, Indiana, or Ohio will be voided and not eligible to win.
• Isaacs & Isaacs will notify the winner by social media contact on the platform which they replied to the social media post. The winner must reply to accept the prize either verbally, over a phone call, or written over email within 24 hours from the date/time of the message sent. If Isaacs & Isaacs is unable to receive verbal or written confirmation that the winner selected accepts the prize, Isaacs & Isaacs P.S.C. reserves the right to choose another winner.
• By submitting your contact information (which includes phone number, email address, and social media handle), you grant Isaacs & Isaacs permission to send SMS, email messages, and social media comments and direct messages related to the contest as well as future marketing messages. You may opt-out of those messages at any time. Data and messaging rates may apply.
• No purchase necessary. Winners will not be required to pay to enter the competitions.
• Entrants must be over 18 years old on the date of their entry.
• Employees and their immediate family members of Isaacs & Isaacs P.S.C. are not eligible to enter. Immediate family members are parents, spouses, children and stepchildren.
• Neither Instagram nor Facebook are in any way affiliated with or involved in the contest.
• Only one entry per person per competition will be accepted.
• Each entrant shall enter the competition by following the Darryl Isaacs account and liking and commenting on the contest post.
• Isaacs & Isaacs P.S.C. will not be held liable for any failure of receipt of entries. Isaacs & Isaacs P.S.C. takes no responsibility for any entries which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid.
• To the extent permitted by applicable law, Isaacs & Isaacs P.S.C. shall not be liable in connection with these terms and conditions, the competition or any prize for any indirect, special or consequential cost, expense, loss or damage suffered by a participant even if such cost, expense, loss or damage was reasonably foreseeable or might reasonably have been contemplated by the participant and the promoter and whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise.
• Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable, and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. Where a prize becomes unavailable for any reason, Isaacs & Isaacs P.S.C. reserves the right to substitute that prize for a prize of equal or higher value. The winner will be responsible for any taxes or additional fees for the value of the prize item.
• In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, Isaacs & Isaacs P.S.C. reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.
• After the winner has been selected, the winner’s name, image, social media username(s), and any information and images submitted during the entry submission process may be posted on the social media profiles of Isaacs & Isaacs P.S.C. and its affiliates and/or used for other marketing related activities outside of social media in any and all of its publications, including web-based publications, without payment or other consideration.
• All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and Sponsor in connection with these contests, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the State of Kentucky, USA.
