Isaacs & Isaacs Personal Injury Lawyers are seeking a highly motivated and organized Executive Assistant to provide administrative support for the CEO, Darryl Isaacs. Under the supervision of the CEO and COO, the Executive Assistant will be responsible for a wide range of tasks including scheduling, correspondence, other administrative duties, and select personal matters.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
* Managing complex and frequently changing schedules, including meeting schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
* Acting as point of contact, answering calls, responding to emails, and occasionally handling other correspondence
* Independently establishing, organizing, and maintaining documents, and initiating follow up as needed
* Compiling, analyzing, summarizing, and following up on referrals for fee collection
* Producing reports, creating PowerPoint Presentations, Excel worksheets, and working with other departments to pull data as needed
* Balancing conflicting priorities to manage workflow, ensuring the completion of essential projects, and meeting critical deadlines
* Providing support to other members of management and departments as requested
* Running errands as needed
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
* Proven experience as an executive assistant or a similar administrative/support role
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to travel as needed to attend meetings, conferences, etc.
* Flexibility, efficiency, and ability to work under pressure and on short timelines
* Excellent computer skills, specifically the Microsoft Office suite and the Google suite
PREFERRED SKILLS:
* Previous experience with or knowledge of the legal field
