Actor Denis Leary saw the potential and quickly signed WeWIN to outfit firefighters with equipment through the Leary Firefighters Foundation.

Syd Dufton: President and CEO
Syd Dufton has over 15 years of experience driving aggressive growth for early stage tech companies in mobile, e-learning, ecommerce and consumer software markets. Tech savvy with a keen entrepreneurial sense, Dufton is able to identify and execute solutions that transform industries.
While at Syracuse Language Systems, Dufton’s efforts led the company to an acquisition by Cendant/Vivendi Universal. While at Vivendi, he helped found Language Connect Institute, a groundbreaking online school. As vice president and founder of AdvanceWork, Dufton helped earn the mobile learning company a USDLA Award for excellence. Other leadership positions include partner & managing director of NYC-based City Capital Partners, as well as president of publicly traded Protocall Technologies where he spearheaded their new on-demand DVD division, TitleMatch Entertainment.
Dufton holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Gettysburg College. He is the founder of the award-winning American GreenFest, on the East End of Long Island, New York where Dufton, his wife and five children reside.
Aaron Knoll: Co-Founder and CTO
Aaron Knoll has 15 plus years of experience managing entire life cycles of software projects and system designs. One of the world’s foremost authorities in on-demand ecommerce delivery systems and frequent guest speaker at industry forums, Knoll has contributed to the development of Adgregate Markets’ distributed commerce platform launched by multiple top IR100 retailers.
In his role as CTO of Protocall Technologies and chief architect of SoftwareToGo, he worked closely with Microsoft’s Anti-Piracy Division in creating new methods of securing software. Knoll has also been a principal at ecommerce/identity management technology firms. Knoll has several patents pending with the United States Patent and Trademark Office for apparatus and methods to create and securely distribute digital content, as well as for a method and system to implement a secure return policy of supply chain for digitally stored products.
Knoll attended the College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia. He resides in the East End of Long Island, New York with his wife and two children.
Jenn Paul: Co-Founder and Vice President Research & Development
Over the past decade, Jenn Paul has played a major role in developing innovative, patented products and technology, including an on-demand entertainment delivery platform and enterprise level accounting system. She has been a key player in the development of an ecommerce analytics solutions product, a comprehensive API-driven advertising infrastructure and identity management technologies. She specializes in testing, troubleshooting and implementation of systems requiring high levels of data integrity and security.
Paul earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer and Information Sciences from Bryant University in Providence, Rhode Island. A native of Massachusetts, Paul now resides in South Carolina with her husband and two daughters.
Mike Mulry: Vice President Business Development
Mike Mulry has worked in entrepreneurial business development and management for over 10 years. He is a recognized authority on content distribution and management and guest speaker at numerous industry forums.
Mulry spent many years as a business development manager for Primera Technology. During his time at Media Distributors, he developed an evolutionary cloud/social media based content distribution and ecommerce platform.
Mulry is actively involved in wildlife conversation and is the former CEO of the White Wind Wildlife Society, Minnesota’s oldest non-profit charitable land trust. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Minnesota and an MBA from Cardinal Stritch University in Wisconsin. Mulry resides in Minnesota with his wife and two sons.
Mary Litchhult: Director of Client Services
Mary Litchhult has over fifteen years of sales, business development and client services experience in the high tech sector. Ms. Litchhult worked in business development at TitleMatch Entertainment Group and within the legal industry focusing on platform solutions. She developed and oversaw relationships between TitleMatch's technology partners, retailers and content owners, including major movie studios and independent film producers.
At Channel Partners, a national marketing and merchandising company, she represented computer software and hardware manufacturers to major mass market retailers.
A New York City native, Litchhult earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Fordham University. She resides on the North Shore of Long Island with her husband and two sons.
Rob Nite: Director of Design
For over 13 years, Rob Nite has helped companies tell their stories in compelling ways across evolving technologies. Photography served as a strong foundation for Rob’s work as a designer and coder before he launched his own firm with two fellow partners. After 5 years growing that business, he started a family and embarked on a new professional challenge close to his heart as a designer. For the next 5 years, Rob ran his own firm specializing in brand development, design and web technologies before joining the WeWIN team.
Rob earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree with an emphasis on photography at The University of California at Santa Barbara. He currently resides in Austin, TX with his wife and son.
